We are happy to announce that our online store is open and that we gladly will be receiving and shipping your orders normally, none the less we must say that due to the emergency declarations and the quarantines proclaimed by the health authorities, our shipping service and some of our deliveries may suffer some delays.

- Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received Monday-Friday before 11:00 am ET will begin their processing period the same day. Orders received Monday-Friday after 11:00 am ET or on a weekend or holiday, will begin their processing period the following business day.
- Shipping and Delivery: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all domestic orders excluding Hawaii & Alaska, with estimated delivery times of 5-7 business days. For an additional cost, you may request your order to be shipped via Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) or Priority Shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. The estimated shipping and delivery time assumes that orders are placed before 11:00 am ET and do not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship to P.O Boxes and need a physical street address for all orders.
TIPS OF TRYING ON YOUR BOOTS
A. Try them on at home to guarantee best fit.
B. Please only walk around at home and on a carpet when you are trying on your boots to prevent any damage. Remember, the boots need to be in perfect condition, if they don’t fit you or you need another size; this condition is very important in case you would prefer to send them back.
C. The size of your feet varies depending on the time of day and on what you are doing. Choose the right time.
D. Also, wear socks or stockings that you would combine with the shoe in everyday use.
E. We recommend that you always try on the pair of boots, and not just one. Feet have different forms and sizes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns: We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to change the size of your order, you may do so within 10 days from your original receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subjected to inspection. If the product is found to be worn and in not resalable condition, an exchange or return will be denied. The first return for domestic orders are at no cost. The cost of the second and any subsequent return for the same domestic order is to be covered by the buyer, even if the customer placed a new order of the same Item. We will only accept returns for items purchased at libertyblack.com. All other returns must be taken to the original point of purchase.
Final Sale Discounts valid only on purchases registered at Libertyblack.com from May 20th 2020, while supplies last. Final Sale Discounts cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts or offers. Final Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
Our policy is the same regarding exchanges.
- Return Instructions: To request a return label, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the following information:
A. Is it a return or an exchange
B. Order ID
C. Billing name
D. Return/Exchange reason
You will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return shipping label so you can prepare the return package. Please note that processing your return typically takes 2-3 business days after it has been received at our return processing warehouse. You will receive an email from us once your account has been credited. In cases of reimbursement, everything will be credited to your original form of payment.
- Exchanges: Our exchange policy is the same as our return policy. If you would like to exchange products, you may do so within 10 days of your original receipt and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For any exchanges, please follow the return instructions above. To make sure we have the new boot and size that you would like exchanged for in stock, we recommend that you simply place a new order on our website. Then, ship the boot you would like to return back to us and you will receive a full refund if it meets our return policy. Processing your refund typically takes 2-3 business days after the item(s) has been received at our return processing warehouse.
