Will the shoes look the same as in the picture?

There will be minor variations due to the use of artificial lighting at the time of product shooting inside our studio or because of the screen settings of the device you are using.

Remember that color variations are natural characteristics of genuine leather and that our products feature special handmade finishes and treatments that make them unique and unrepeatable.

Some of the leathers look scuffed, is that what you call distressed?

Yes. This is a handcrafted process that treats and finishes the leather to have a unique and slightly worn appearance to give the boot an instantly classic, loved look. 

How do I find my correct size?

If you are unsure of your boot size, we recommend that you order your true US size.  For more information you can find our size chart here: Size Chart

I just received my shoes; how do I know they fit?

A small amount of heel slippage is normal with new boots. It will gradually decrease as you wear them.

When you receive your boots, try them on in the afternoon, as feet tend to be largest this time of day. Try your boots indoors on carpeted surfaces and wear the socks or tights you would normally wear. Make sure you can wiggle your toes.

What width are your boots?

Our boots are medium, normal width. At this time we do not offer narrow or wide width options.

What are the available shipping methods?

We offer three shipping options: Free Standard Shipping for all domestic orders excluding Hawaii & Alaska (5-7 Business Days), and for an additional cost you may request Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) and Priority Shipping (1-2 business days).

Do I need to pay for domestic shipping?

Depending on the shipping method you choose. We offer complimentary Free Standard Shipping for all domestic orders excluding Hawaii & Alaska (5-7 Business Days). At your request we can do Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) for an additional cost of $10 USD or Priority Shipping (1-2 business day) for $15 USD. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship to P.O Boxes, and need a physical street address for all orders.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location, the item(s) ordered, and the shipping speed you selected. All shipments take place in two stages: processing

and transit. Processing times are estimated at 24-48 hours and transit is estimated depending on the shipping method you choose.

Estimated shipping and delivery time assumes that orders are placed before 11:00 am ET not including weekends or holidays

What is your return policy?

You may return an item within 30 days of your original receipt as long as it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please refer to our Return Page for more info and/or return instructions.

What is your exchange policy?

Our exchange policy is the same as our return policy. You may return an item within 30 days of your original receipt as long as it is unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Please refer to our Exchange Page for more info and/or exchange instructions. Please note that our inventory is limited on some styles and we may not have the exchange product you are looking for. 

How long does it take to process my refund?

Processing your return typically takes 2-3 business days after it has been received at our return processing warehouse. You will receive an email from us once your account has been credited. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 

What form of payments are accepted?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders. We also offer Shopify Plus Payments through our checkout process. 

Do you offer international shipping? what are the rates?

Yes. We currently ship to over 50 international destinations.  The cost will depend on the weight and the destination Country. You can get a shipping estimate by contacting us at customerservice@liberty-black.com

Is sales tax added to my order?

Yes, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service immediately.  We process and ship orders soon after they are placed and may not be able to cancel your order before it ships.  At that point, you may have to wait to receive your order and return it to us for refund.  

Do you offer repair services?

We do not offer repair services at this time however most of our shoes are handcrafted and have the ability to be resoled by most local cobblers.
